The first person to eat meat in a pig pen
Johnson’s Farm is the first person in Australia to eat pig meat.
It happened on Monday.
Mr Smith, who is a retired school teacher, said he ate the pig in a shed at his farm near Ipswich, south-east of Sydney.
He said he had no idea it was coming.
“I just didn’t realise that it was going to be this big, this big.
It was just a bit of a shock,” Mr Smith said.”
We’ve had a lot of good luck.
I’ve had good luck.”
Mr Smith said the pig was not particularly fat.
“It wasn’t that big.
The fat was really good.”
And they’re really quite lean, really lean, so you’d have to put them in a box for the first two days,” he said.
But Mr Smith, like many of his friends, had to make the journey to the farm to see his first meal.
He had a hard time deciding what to eat.”
So I looked at the pork, the beef, I saw the pig, I thought, well I can’t do that,” he told ABC Radio.”
There’s no way I’m eating that.
“He said his friends had eaten pork, beef, chicken and chicken breast, but he did not have a problem with them.”
If you’re really hungry and you don’t have a lot to do, you can eat whatever you want,” he added.”
But if you’re hungry and have to go somewhere else and you’ve got to eat something that’s been cooked up, that’s a bit too much.
“Mr Johnson said he would be willing to give up a few pork chops and a piece of chicken if it meant he could have more meat to eat later.
